The City of Perry Downtown Development Authority is seeking qualified developers for the Meeting Street Project, a public-private development venture envisioned to bring new mixed-use development, public greenspace, and thoughtful placemaking to a highly visible gateway into Downtown Perry.This project is designed to complement Perry’s historic downtown character while helping create new spaces for gathering, business growth, and community connection.
